Same claim they made about us in last years game. No sure what the point is of making that comment after a win.

Posted: Fri Nov 13, 2009 4:17 pmI think this QB controversy disguises the fact that the real difference in this team is the Defense-and most definitely not the offense-well McNeil has definitely made a huge impact. But if SMU's Defense was giving up 35+ points per game like we have for a millenium this would have been a long long season and we'd be complaining about both QBs struggling. Pretty unbelievable SMU is only 63rd in the country in Total Offense-even with McNeil.

Posted: Fri Nov 13, 2009 4:32 pmHopefully last week's performance will be a timely wake-up call for the defense. They are not that far removed from being terrible (i.e., last year), and they must perform on this year's level this weekend.
