let me repeat this. ES is onethe best players SMU has had since the DP. SOme of you like to blast him for being "hancocky," well i hate to bust ur bubble but most 18-21s are growing during these years.
Sanders said he changed his perspective while suspended. He hit the weight room and his books. His coaches saw a difference in his work ethic.
"I matured in that process," Sanders said. "I wouldn't take that away for anything."
This is what you expect from leaders, and ES has followed through both on and off the field.
"I want to leave here and be one of the greatest receivers who has ever come through this program," Sanders said. "If we go to a bowl game, it means a lot more."
Being cocky is potraying yourself better that you are. Confidence is what ES. HE has the talent, the belief in himself and his teammates, and is a True Leader. We have been fortunate to have ES on our team, part of our school, and a part of our history at SMU. COngrats on all of the accomplishments... Now get us to a bowl!
