SMU mentioned on Game Day

The ESPN Game Day crew mentioned SMU today--quote "Let's hear it for the ponies of SMU!". Talked briefly how JJ has SMU in bowl contention from 1-11 a year ago. Also mentioned Prairie View and UH and that Keenum should be mentioned as a Heisman contender.
When showing film of JJ and SMU, the TCU crowed booed. The ESPN crew said of the TCU crowd: "they still boo."

I just can't get over how ugly that campus looks...
reminds me of a hilton homewood suites in scottsdale....

Craig Way on the longhorn sports network gave a shout out and. Said JJ should tell all recruits that even if they Dont go to the next level every girl at SMU has a rich dad

Couldn't agree with you more - that's exactly what I thought when I drove over a few weeks ago.
Didn't look any less ugly after nightfall ... and they have to live in Fort Worthless.
So glad I got admitted to SMU (although if I hadn't, Frog High still wouldn't have been on the list).
Oh ... Craig Way is a complete idiot.

I think it's great that they booed us. They know who their rival is. Remember, many of them said the hard hitting game they played this year was against SMU. They deserved the attention they got bc they committed to it 10 years ago. When you commit to something, these things follow.
