This is a post some of you hoped would never come.
I have been in hiding for almost three years now. I said I would return when the team was competing again.
IT IS TIME FOR MORE COWBELL!!!!!!!!
I will be handing out bells on the boulevard at the Tulane game, C-USA championship game and the bowl game.
Since it is a recession and all, I am looking for donations to help fund the bell purchase. There are a dedicated group of you that helped in years past and I am hoping you will come through again!
PM me for my newest mailing address.
I would love to hand out 1,000 bells at the Tulane game, but I can't do it alone.

You would have to have had come by my spot on the boulevard to get them.
Can't miss the spot. Red and blue suburban.
Edit: Just went through old PMs. I did get your check. The funds are intended to fund bells that are handed out for general consumption. That said, I have enough left over from two years ago I can ship you the bells you paid for if you so desire.

The first of the anti-cowbell posts.
I realize some disagree with the cowbells, but some actually think it helps increase the amount of noise 20K (it will be much less the Saturday after Thanksgiving) people can make.
And the best part of the whole idea is it pisses off some of the old "blue hairs" this board spends alot of time complaining about. I will say though that some older fans in my section asked if I would bring them bells next home game...

If you ever need a cowbell just stop by any high school play off game and there will be a few left over in the stands from the losing team. Make note of the connections if you like (i.e. high school and losing).

I still have several cowbells that you gave to me and my family a couple of years ago. We'll be digging them out of the mothballs and bringing them with us to the Tulane game! GO MUSTANGS!

Excellent! I have seen a few around the stadium this year, but would love to increase that number again.

Do you have the left over concession from Jackie Sherrill's era at Mississippi State?

Be advised: the yellow shirts in Ford Stadium confiscated a horn last Saturday.
