We need to start NOW on a campaign to put more butts in the seats of Ford for the Tulane game. I think we all can imagine an 8-10k crowd of loyalists for Thanksgiving Saturday, so what can be done to bring more folks out?

I'd consider blitzing area schools and advertise "up to 5 students get in for $1 with one adult admission...subject to availability" or something to that effect. Nothing we could do will make that game anywhere near the crowd we had for opening night, but this team deserves an effort to get more people ion the stands to support them.

ideas? where are the marketing folks...or did they all get laid off?

An empty seat does not buy a hot dog and a coke! Bus 'em in, and let em in for free

They are busing in 10,000 kids and giving them hot dogs. cola and a ticket. That is pretty big.
