When will we actually know where we are bowling?

Will the Hawaii deal be formally announced this week? --- barring a Rice miracle and SMU win?

I wouldn't expect any formal announcement this week.

LIBERTY BOWL ! if RICE BEATS Houston Saturday and SMU beats Tulane and East Carolina again in the CUSA Championship Game at Ford !!! GO OWLS ! :D

I think the championship game would go to Carolina then. If USM beat ECU, it could end up at Ford, but then it looked like it would be up to the computers, so most likely would be in Hattiesburg.
