I Issue A Challenge

You know there's an old saying..."one snap and clear."

I get that most of yall on this board have been through more crap with losing seasons and coaches you thought shouldnt be on our sideline, but if you actually look at whats happening around you on the SMU campus you would see that change is trying to take place.

Have we been in this position before...yes. Did we succeed...no. But hasn't the big goal for most of the people on this board for SMU Football been to turn the corner.

Well that is happening at the moment and what should be taking place is support and instead the top threads I see coming up is some idiot called bagice talking about the comparisons of a coach that took him 5 years to get to a point that took this coach 2...

Now by my prediction that guys passed out due to consumption of too many wine coolers and hissy fits thrown from watching a recording of the game...so maybe now would be a good idea to apply that nice little quote to the fans, "one snap and clear."

Next week the team has Tulane, a goal that can still be accomplished that hasnt been reached much since the death penalty is a winning season. Lets look to the future and figure out how we can support the team on SENIOR DAY...a group of seniors who saw the 6 and 6 season back when they were freshman and have helped turned things back to that point that they once saw.

to be fair, Mike Cavan did have a 6-5 season that unfortunately ended with a loss to an 0-10 TCU squad...but what you say is true. Anyone that cannot see this program is headed in the right direction is simply wearing blinders or did not want to see JJ get this job.
