This is apparently in production about the SMU football program.

I just finished watching it and to say the least it gave me the chills...i graduated last december and not knowing anything about smu before attending, this fills in a lot of the blanks....It is great to have a film like this coming out and to start becoming a household name...

Thad and his crew are doing a great job. John Bauer and I, picked them up at the airport in Huntington, they are shooting film, and doing interviews everywhere. I think it's going to be awesome!

Nice trailer.
NOTE - the pony in the logo at the end is the WRONG pony. Would be nice if it was the official one.

I know it's the wrong pony. My graphics guy in LA did not. We were under a time crunch to get this out to a couple media outlets - and as this was not for public consumption, I didn't make him change it. But since it's now out there, enjoy despite the incorrect pony! (And I am a stickler for that kind of thing - okay EVERYTHING - rest assured it will be corrected.)

JUNE JONES: I think I'm the first Coach at SMU since the Death Penalty that truly has been on a even playing field with who we are playing
This job is no longer the death pit it was for Gregg, Rossley, Bennett, Shumate, Dement et al. Any comparisons to accomplishments by prior coaching staffs is apples to oranges as someone mentioned. You can not separate SMU's success this year from the contributions from the same types of players that SMU used to deny admission.

Thad, where is this going to be airing? Is it a full length feature documentary or a made for tv special?

fantastic. a bowl game will make this an even better documentary.
awesome job Thad! -- and yes June realizes the significance of having the "level playing field", model...whatever the heck you want to call it we've heard about since the Pye days. I wonder if he interviews anyone regarding Pye?
