Uhhh...hello, jack$$ we haven't been here before. (at least not in 25 years) No one is saying he hasn't done a great job, but indicate you would rather play for the conference championship. That is and should continue to be the goal.

However unlikely, I will be rooting for Rice tonight.......although I'm sure June will be packing his cheap looking flowered shirts and jams because of his infactuation with Hawaii.

I've already been booked to Hawaii and that's where were headed but I wouldn't turn down a shot at the Championship-are some of you saying that we should? I think the conference bowls have worked out the situation where we go to Hawaii since it's the first trip in 25 years even if we win the championship. So let's just celebrate to wonderful occasion of going to post season play.

I would say it is up to the team if Rice wins, and SMU wins the Championship. Let them go where they want to go, if Hawaii, let them go, if Memphis, then go to Memphis. I'd say it's up to the team.

That throw to Margus was the craziest damn call! Sure, put him in there as a distraction only, and fake it that way, but to really throw it to him? Completely insane.

If you want a HUGE dude to throw to on that play, why not Taylor Thompson? He's only 2 inches shorter than Margus, and he was a TE in high school. Oh, and the fact that this isn't his first season playing football actually increases the chances of that play ever succeeding. But hey, whatever. We won, we're heading to a bowl game, so HELL YES!

Some of you children would [deleted] if you were hung with a new rope. You need to sit back and enjoy the fact that SMU football has now got a pulse and the future looks bright. This bowl game brings a lot of benefits and JJ has done a good job. He is not perfect but who is. Quit your bellyaching, grow up and enjoy the ride. Being on this forum at times makes me ashamed to be an SMU Alum.
