if we can claim the mythical 2006 Texas Division II 1A State Championship then we can damn sure claim a Co-CUSA West Championship. Who the hell is going to stop us-The Championship Police? Its the same as in the SWC-teams were considered Co-Champions but one went to the Cotton Bowl and the other didn't. SMU's 1984 team is recognized as a SWC Co-Champion even though UH went to Cotton Bowl. See Link:

We're co-champions. In fact, lets make a banner. What's the worst it would do, add fuel to the rivalry between SMU and Houston? Bring it.

We are Co-Champs as we have the same West record as Houston and they are going to the Championship Game just because of our head to head game, so why not? The banner and recognition would be good to have and especially if Houston wins out the Conference USA Crown AND wins the Bowl Game and finishes in the the Top 15 in the final National rankings.
