His name is not going to come up for any openings cause this is the job he wanted, he is too weird for a major programs, and he is getting paid a ton. Sure anything can happen, but it's nice to know that the coach who led SMU is it's first 7 win season and bowl game in 25 years is not going to be a hot name out there because he is a unique dude. Any other coach and I;m not sure that is the case

Franch-e-Phony would already be discussing other jobs after a 7 win season! June is a perfect fit at SMU. Kudos to the Mob Boss.

Both good posts and agree! Hate to admit it but Paul Johnson would be likely to move on if he had the opportunity also.

I am sure glad Leach is staying at TT. That might be the only BCS school that is use to wierd offenses and might just take a look at JJ.
However, if JJ took a visit to Lubbuck, he would probably pull his name from consideration. And what would those red neck west Texans think about their coach wearing a lei.
Yep, SMU is the perfect place for JJ now.
