I want to play Hawaii more than anyone. Hope they can beat Wisconsin . I think that would draw the most attention

This deal was reported a LONG time ago in the Honolulu Advertiser...I mentioned it here a month or so ago and could never figure out why people were worried about Idaho being in the Hawaii Bowl.

It wouldn't have been sexy, but definitely winnable for SMU. Fresno State would be a decent game while Nevada would be more than a handful for SMU. I'm not sure how SMU and Hawaii matchup, though entering after beating Navy and Wisconsin would not be a good sign for SMU.

Unless you want SMU to go back to Hawaii, you better damn well pray that Hawaii beats Wisconsin and plays in the Hawaii Bowl, or else they are inviting us back there the first chance they get.
