1st & 10 Hawaii Bowl Christmas Eve Watch Party?

Postby Special_Delivery_Smu_Fans » Tue Dec 01, 2009 11:33 am

Some of us are going to Hawaii and some of are not going to Hawaii. For those that can't make the trip maybe the next best thing to being there would be to share the experience with a bunch of other SMU fans and watch the game at the at the 1st & 10. Being that it will be Christmas Eve is there any interest in a 1st & 10 watch party? Anyone know the Dallas start time for the Hawaii Bowl?

I was just about to post something similar, but I honestly believe that, for those of us who are upset about not being able to go, this is the BEST SOLUTION. The next best thing to going to a bowl game is going to a bar that is FILLED with fans rooting for your team. I can't wait, and I hope everyone doesn't decide to call it quits cuz they can't go to Hawaii. Get out to 1st and 10 and do the next best thing! I'm in!

Blasphemy!! 1st & 10 has damn good burgers, great ribs and the new owners have really expanded the beer selection.

Its not a place for beer snobs or foodies, but that is not what a neighborhood sports tavern is supposed to be.

Unfortunately my wife and I will be in California for Xmas and we will not be able to make the watch party, but we will be watching and cheering.

This is probably a stupid question. . .but am I correct in assuming that you have to be 21 to enter 1st and 10. I'd love to bring my son if not.
