What ever happened to Capt. E. J. Smith?

If one remembers The Good Captain and Darth Mustangs were good friends. Just as Darth immolated on the funeral pyre, Capt. E. J. finally stopped rearranging deck chairs on the Lido Deck, topped off his Phil Bennett Kool-Aid, and went down with the shop.
P.S. - The Good Captain and Darth are always with us in spirit, you never know when they might be resurrected!
