How can you have three conf drops in CUSA and still be a top 25 team?

So TCU and Cincy are better than Florida. What a joke!

Agreed.

If everyone wants to know how good TCU is.....let them play Florida.

I do not want them playing undefeated Boise State or Cincy. Niether team is that good IMO.

TCU will not play Florida. The BCS has already given their talking points out to their members of the media that support them.

Our win against them looks really good right now.

ECU is the only team in this conference with a strong defense that can compete against BCS level competition. Held us to about 290 and one play went for 96.The stars aligned for SMU to beat them.

As I posted in another thread:
Having TCU play Boise is just plain BS. Just another way for the BCS to protect their BCS teams from being exposed as not being the powerhouses they want everyone to think they are. TCU vs Boise will prove nothing one way or the other in the BCS vs the "mid-majors" saga. TCU and Boise should be playing the likes of Florida.

You can substitute Cincy for Boise...same deal.

IMO, hope we play Nevada, they got one vote. Might as well play the best team or best perceived team we can. If we win, gets SMU off to a good start for next yr. if we lose, it gives us a better idea of where SMU is. Since Padron has started we are 4-1. I don't take if for granted at all that Nevada would win. Padron might pull us through in a high scoring match.

maybe true, but Houston has a strong enough offense that they can outscore BCS opponents...as they have proved this year

also...anyone notice how Penn State passed Iowa? sets the stage for their Orange Bowl invite to play Ga Tech
