Wow Kaepernich has more yards rushing from QB than McNeil does at RB. 7.8 yards per attempt

After losing their first three games Nevada did go 8-1 in their WAC games but they really poured it on the really bad WAC teams and beat Fresno State by a big margin but Fresno State lost 4 fumbles in that game and was intercepted once.

how does he compare to Dobbs?

He's listed at 6'6 and 215 pounds so I wouldn't consider him a Dobbs type power runner.

Kaepernick has a long stride. Very good in space. More of a threat to throw than Dobbs is.

Better all round player --he is also pretty good passer.

Actually Doobs is a pretty good passer as he show in the Ohio State game. Probably better than Kaepernick.
