You think they'll do a segment on the Hawaii Bowl and SMU? Maybe have JJ on the phone? Or will they just ignore us like they always seem to do?

BR, who are you for in the BCS title game? To me it's like Steelers-49ers or Redskins-Patriots. Not much upside either way.

Believe it or not, I think I have to pull for Alabama. Uggghhhh!!! But I just can't root for Mack Brown and the Donghorns, especially after last night. I know Bo Pelini, and I think he was justified in being upset. Regardless, I just can't pull for those phonies. They're going to get their @sses handed to them anyway. How about you?

BR, Get ready for the attack of the Texas lovers. Totally with you on that.

I think they are showing the STATISTICAL leaders. Mitchell has more passing yards than Padron.

No let's hear it-why does Bo Pellini have a right to be upset? Because he told the Kicker to kick way from Goodwin and Shipley? Or because the Officials followed the correct procedure and put a second back on the Clock? Or because his DB was draped all over the Texas Receiver for about 5 yards?

I'm sorry Bo Pelini has no right to be upset about anything. What he needs to do is get a better handle on his coaches who apparently can't keep their mouths shut and Mangino the opposing team as they are leaving the field.

Again, the kick out of bounds was ridiculous and then horse collar penalty pretty much set it up for Hunter Lawrence. THESE WERE NEBRASKA MISTAKES.

And the clock situation was handled correctly.

If you're going to hate on Texas, at least have your facts straight. Hatred can be such a blinding emotion.

Hahaha...Treadway, you were right.

Stallion - you're right on one thing. The Nebraska kicker flubbed it up royally. I do have a feeling, though, that even if the Dongs had started on the 20, they would have found a way to find some pass interference. Finally, why don't you go back a few weeks to the LSU/Ole Miss game. You think the clock stopped when the receiver (ball) hit the ground? Think again. Clock stopped when the whistle blew...lost about 2 seconds. On top of that, the frickin' officiating was so lopsided all night in favor of the precious tea sips and their golden boy McCoy, it was ridiculous. I laughed when Mr. Pony said what he said, but there is some tiny piece of me that thinks there was a little hometowning going on. But, hey, that's what happens when you play Texas in Jerryworld.

I don't presume to speak for BR, but I'm guessing Pellini has a right to be upset because the team he coaches went toe to toe with one of the two best teams in America and did everything right to win, but didnt seize opportunities when it had the chance. And because in the last minute and a half of the game, he saw the most golden of opportunities vanish.

If you review the tape, the whistle was clearly audible before the clock ticked from 2 to 1 second left. So, if the whistle stops the clock like you say, then the refs should have put 1 or 2 seconds left. Hating a team is fine...but don't let that hatred blind you.

That's right. I'm not blaming Nebraska's loss on the refs. Nebraska should have done more to not allow a few questionable calls to prevent them from winning. But that last minute was frustrating. You just knew there would be some type of interference...

If you say so...
