apparently a historic swell is creating classic surfing conditions with 50 feet waves for the next week on the North Shore

Thad Film writes on Reinebold facebook that he wants Jeff to take him surfing, great, no fear, Waimea Bay beckons Thad to come on out but the surf may be less than the 50 footers hitting the North Shore this week.
