Kids' Football Jersey

I know I've seen some discussion on this recently, but I need to find a football jersey for a 6 year old, and I can't seem to find one in a little boy's size anywhere (including at the bookstore and at the 4-5 sites that sell SMU gear online). They have ones for little kids (like toddler age) and adult male and female jerseys, but nothing for a kid.

I've seen kids wearing jerseys around at games and on the Boulevard, so what gives? Anyone know where I can get one by Christmas? I don't care if it's exactly like the real jersey, but I'd like for it to be closer than the toddler ones at the bookstore, if possible.

Thanks

Yeah, I just mentioned this the other day. NO, the BOOKSTORE DOES NOT CURRENTLY (as of the Tulane game) have any kids' jerseys, other than for 4T or below. Even those do not look close to a real "jersey." My 7-year-old wants one, too. But, just like everything else SMU-related, you can't find it anywhere.

Just ordered my son an LSU helmet fathead for Christmas because there is nothing for SMU on fathead, and he wanted one. VERY disappointing. Maybe someone with a little entreprenurial spirit on here could get a Jersey made for kids (and adults) that looks something like the real thing. (HINT FRICKIN' HINT) :)

yeah, something tells me a suggestion that SMU get something done to remedy this would be met with something along the lines of:

Dear fan,

Thank you for your email inquiring about the availability of ___________. We have checked with (3rd party) and, unfortunately, this is just not possible. [Placeholder for non-committal, non-offensive reason why this cant be done, usually owing to the 3rd party].

Thanks again and

Pretty much.

BRStang, if I had the time and money to get this sort of thing done, I would, but unfortunately, I don't have the money to get these ordered and play SMU a licensing bribe, nor do I have the time at this particular moment.
