How many will we take to Lubbock?

Can we start efforting this now? Maybe get the bus brigade rolling? I'm tired of being subjected to f...u..SMU with only myself and maybe 75 others. Seriously, this is our first game after the bowl..can we please take the band (all you band foot stompers, start lobbying Turner to take yall again like he did in JWill's first game). We need a showing like we had at TCU.

alright that makes two. Which increases by about 25% the turnout we had at the tailgate last time

I will never forget how embarrassing the RAIDER POWER chant at Ford stadium was a few years back . There was 4:1 TT fans at that game!

Count us in for at least 4 SMU fans traveling to the Tech game. We already have two rooms booked for Sat Sept 4, 2010 at the new Overton Hotel in Lubbock.

I think I will have to make that trip. They deserve all that can get there with their Hawaii Bowl showing. We will have them out numbered with horses.

I'm in - with about 8 other SMU fans going with us.
As a side note - would LOVE to get Stallion's take on this, because I remember his ties to TT.
The rumor is starting to fly that Leach might very well be OUT if this incident pans out in the light it's been cast. Right now it's all speculation - hence Leach's suspension pending the investigation. BUT - if this is the case, I'm hearing from some alums and our beloved talking heads on the "Worldwide Leader" that Leach might be bye-bye.
Man - if that is the case - what an ambush we might provide the sand aggies at Jones Stadium if they're under a new Head Pirate.. err Coach. The first game in a new system for Tech's football team? That would be interesting to say the least.
Anyway - all speculation.. not trying to jump the gun.. but fun to think that Tech might be sinking a bit while SMU is on the rise.
