...if Leach is gone. Tech folks are generally ignorant to the rest of the world, and enjoy laying claim to whatever, irrespective (they'd probably say 'irregardless') of whatever unique circumstances exist. Anyone that's spent time on the south plains knows what I'm talking about.

what I thought was interesting about the postgame with JJ was his comment that it was good to be "home" again. I think he is here for as long as it takes to bankroll the rest of his retirement, and then off to a well-deserved Hawaiian sunset.

I don't think JJ would go to TTech, but it is good to know that our coach is so good that other large schools would want him. That would be some good pub for SMU.

I do not think June Jones would consider moving to Lubbock. I would much prefer June over Leach at SMU, but if June did take the Texas Tech job I say we hire Mike Leach. I don't really care for Leach, but he has been fairly successful, makes about the same money, and he can recruit Texas athletes. Hopefully we won't have to worry about it and June Jones stays at SMU.
