Just read your post on the TT board. Do they really think CJ is posting while doing a game in CA. Sounds like they want you to go away. Good post, they are so wound up in their own mess they will not listen to anyone that doesn't call any of the James family names, or makes threat to to AJ. Again, good post.

I reccomend everyone read those emails, very compelling. Gives you an insight to how much the boosters control these programs. I wasn't naive before, but to see the examples in black and white is eye opening.

And to add to Cadilac's post, this shows the importance of picking up the phone if you don't want the world to see sensitive conversations.

Again, I highly recommend committing the time and reading those emails.

disturbing reading for those that think 'handshakes and pats on the back' are the order of the day in college football.

It is a business. Things get rough, and negotiation is about getting as much (if not all) of what you want, sometimes at the expense of your adversary. It is about winning and making money...the two are largely symbiotic.

Interesting to hear from our legal friends if this would be considered 'negotiating in bad faith'?

Ha I did not know one of the people I work with was involved. No wonder he is "dark" as of late

everyone should read those e-mails. Unfortunately that's how power's brokered. I remember Gene Stallings saying he would have coached at Baylor (coming out of retirment to coach, 10-12ish years ago) except for guys like 8ery 3tone who interfere with the program too much but don't know what they're doing.

rofl, in all of my time with discovery we never once found any handwritten notes on emails, just pure copies from the electronic source dumped by the thousands into a file box. I guess people learned over time.

Apparently that was fairly common practice amongst doctors in the past. We had a class in medical school all about not writing those acronyms on the chart. FLK was another big problem.

Did anyone notice on that last email from Sowell that Leach's agent appears to have been copied? (I assume Matt Baldwin with IMG is his agent, right?) Why would Sowell send Leach's agent a copy of that email? Was it by mistake? Oops.
