It actually read like they want Tuberville to come to Tech (except a few posters from SEC schools).

A. They're not really pirates, they're some kind of goody Yosemite Sam character. Tech jumping on the pirate bandwagon is akin to Jerry Glanville jumping on the Elvis bandwagon... Original for the first person (perhaps Jimmy Buffet?), cool for the next 200 copycats. Just stupid thereafter.

B. I hate to admit it, but you almost have to take the arrogance from UT. Colossal underachievers given their support and talent pool every year, but at least they have the requisite skins on the wall. Sand Aggie arrogance is like getting backtalk from the maid service.
