Re: Ruffin McNealI say hire Bert Hill for strength and conditioning coach then if Ruffin is not hired by ECU geet him if we can for DL coach. He is a very good recruiter.

Re: Ruffin McNealHe would be a good addition however I think I would rather have Jerry Glanville if JJ could get him to come here.

Re: Ruffin McNealWe already have a Great Defensive Coaching staff. Tom Mason and his Coaches are Awesome ! SMU just needs more depth for the future.
Re: Ruffin McNealRuffin McNeal has been offered an Assistant AD job at TT.
Re: Ruffin McNeal
Good for him but very interesting choice. If you are Tuberville would you want an excoach looking over your shoulder all of the time? Also, he may be a 'planned backup' in case Tuberville doesn't pan out in a year or two. ![]() GO PONIES!!!

Re: Ruffin McNealKliff Kingsbury did not follow Holgerson to OSU as expected but has gone from graduate assistant to a full time position yet to be designated at Houston. Still have openings for Offensive and Defensive Coordinators which might just be filled with former TT assistants.
