So, which is the worse violation, paying players to pay or creating a cartel that functions as a monopoly and materially harms other member institutions? Oh, that's right, the NCAA doesn't care about criminal acts. Honestly, the NCAA let this go on far too long.

Its reaganomics - the rich get richer and everyone else gets the leftovers - you know....the trickle down effect
