Then Penn St. at 9 and another SEC in Georgia at 10, Big 12 South Texas A&M at 11, and Florida St. at 12 and then UCLA. 12 of the Top 13 from the Sunny weather states. Highest Ranked Big East team is at 27(West Virginia). Highest Ranked ACC team NOT in the Deep South is Virginia Tech at 18. 20 of the Top 25 from the Southern or West Coast Conferences. And 3 others like Clemson, North Carolina and Virgina Tech are in Southern States.
