From a purely legal standpoint I knew Turner's actions were wrong, not to mention the awful political correctness it embodied. The article is right on! Those actions by the school presidents allow the tugs to win and feee speech to suffer. Score one for Turner and the Thugs! A Sad tribute to SMU.

I recall seeing "SMU: Slave Mentality University" signs paraded around SMU campus a few years back. Hmmmm.
