C'mon, what he said in those videos wasn't bad at all. I've been chewed out harder by coaches. This isn't peewee football. If you can't put up with that, you can't put up with anything.

sounds like he listened to the Bob Knight halftime speech available on youtube and then went and tried to be Bob Knight. I agree, many coaches do worse a$$chewing than that. My issue w/ the video is he looks like he's lost his mind. He's borderline incoherent

I am surprised to know that those speeches are taped. If I were the coach, I would either not allow them to be taped or I would be more careful about my language. Having said that, other than the excessive use of profanity, I don't see anything wrong with the speech. Seems like he was trying to get across some important points. I have known coaches to say worse things.

Exactly. He didn't tell some player (whose cousin had just been shot) that he's going to "go home and get shot" like his "homies" like Mangino did.

I don't like when there are double standards for employees of university's.

Can you imagine the consequence's of that language for a spokes person working for the school or a teacher in one of your classes?

All football coaches think they can get away with it and most do. times are changing....

I have absolutely no problem with a coach talking to my son like this. Just don't lock him in a closet.

My son did this at UCF , I said I don't like double standards.
