I can neither confirm nor deny such a statement.

We've received ours and we are either going to downgrade our seat location or give up season tickets altogether. We love going to SMU games but there's no way we can justify that much of an increase in the required donation and keep our present seats and parking.

For the same amount, we could probably get Mavs season tickets, or scalp decent seats to most of the Cowboys' games this year. This donation increase puts SMU in the price range of the local pro sports teams and, I suppose, most BCS programs. I love my school, but I'm not sure the product is at that level yet.

My friends and relatives who have season tickets are also balking at the increase. I don't know if they're going to renew at the same level yet, but it's definitely drawn a negative reaction.

I'm looking to add two in stadium club to average donation cost over 4 vs 2.

If anyone wants two in club, ping me.

Problem is that if you buy Mestengo's wife's ticket, you have to sit by OTP.

I fully understand with the current economy that people don't want to re-new, but there is no way SMU tics are even close to Mavs/Cowboys/ any other pro event in Dallas...

Once again, all the talk I have heard is that there are a lot of people wanting the good seats and willing to pay....myself included...

My wife won't come to football games because I want to drink with friend’s hours before the game and enjoy the vard and all it has to offer. Last game she came to I could not even get a plate of food at the Mustang Club tent because we were too late. I have 82 games of the Rangers she can go to some of those. When you have been married 30 years you know what works and what does not…

And I would sell one ticket, but I know how it will play out just ask Mrydell.
