Ask and ye shall receive! Got this from the man himself:

"Things going very well. On March 1, the crutches were gone finally — seemed like I'd never get off of them... spent about 80 days on them...

"I currently am spending about 4-5 hours at therapy Monday-Friday ... spend an hour with the therapist doing stretching and massage ... 45- 60 min of exercises such as mini-squats, leg presses, calf raises, four-way hips (where they strap a band to my thigh and I do straight-leg kicks forward, backward and to both sides), etc. ... Spend 15 minutes on the seated elliptical and 30 minutes on the bike ... 45-60 minutes in the pool walking lateral walks. Last Thursday, I started jogging in the deeper ends ... Then 60-90 minutes of upper-body workouts ... Finish with 15 minutes of hot tub/cold tub rotation.

"March 6 my parents moved my bed back upstairs and I slept in my room for the first time since I've been home ... I've started helping coach the O-line at my high school ... Last sunday my high school won the 5A basketball state championship ... March 6-9, Kelly Turner came to visit me ...

"The numbness in my leg has decreased slightly, and I can move all my toes, except my big toe, up slightly ... I received anoimting of the sick from my high school chaplin today (Tuesday) ... I'm also able to drive now!

"Things going well ... Still a real long way to go, but things are improving ... Can still use the prayers especially with this nerve not healed yet."
