The paper says that in addition to the $1Mil (minimum) that we have to pay to get into C-USA, that "other financial commitments are necessary." Any thoughts on what those are? Maybe a facelift for Moody Coliseum and Perkins Natatorium? An updated soccer field?

I think its another 1 million to be taken from Conference receipts over a period of Time.
