I figured I would post this since its possible there are gonna be several teams left out in the cold with the expansion. Here is an interesting take on a "league of leftovers".

Interesting, but Tulsa, Tulane, New Mexico, Wyoming and Air Force won't be happy and probably deserve better, not to mention UTEP.
