They are in panic mode (rightfully so, although they did get a free ride for a long time).
Their site is running so slow. Reminds me of the night before june.

Someone made a good point, it was quiet during the coaching search until June's name was brought up....hopefully that wasn't a luck hire and things are quiet with the wheels in motion.

So much unknown......hold me.

TCu board also very slow....

This could be huge for them, I hope that something opens for us as well and baylor gets left behind to see what it tastes like...

The posters on the Baylor site are in complete meltdown. Part of me understands (potential to be left out when the SWC broke up) and part of me wants to beach slap them. Baylor has had money, media exposure and opportunities far beyond SMU and they just blow it. I don’t wish anyone ill as this realignment thing works its way out but good gosh, we have scrambled for decades to be relevant. Baylor was relevant because of its conference and didn’t take advantage.

It wasn't for lack of trying at Baylor. I sympathize with them and am not enjoying their downfall for one minute.

Apparently the University of California (Berkeley) folks made it clear they wanted nothing to do with a christian based private school. That opposition apparently tilted things against Baylor and in favor of Colorado.

That is sickening to me. Were I in Baylor's shoes I think I'd be just as happy to very vocally tell the Pac 10 to go fall off in the ocean somewhere.

Inclusiveness, tolerance, diversity.

Zero sympathy for Baylor. Would love to see things shake out so that they return to our schedule. It would be a different game now.

I think it would be hard to pull TCU away from the MWC but it would be nice to see a version of the old SWC with us, baylor, rice, houston, and TCU if it was possible to build a conference around

Which is another way of saying liberal fascism. True inclusiveness would welcome a school with differing viewpoints than those required of the liberal ivory tower elites.

Assuming that is what actually happened.
