Regents still in closed session, but we have been told there will be a press conference at 4:45. (per Lincoln Journal Star)

Actually watching the regents meeting on a live stream. Just people milling about while they are in closed session. I need help.

Nebraska begins Big Ten play in 2011.

Says Texas wouldn't commit to a conference tv network and would only commit to the Big 12 through 2016.

Pushing for Nebraska to be exempted from penalty for leaving the conference.

From a Kansas Scout website:

"Osborne said NU can't compete

against the warm weather schools. At least, that one time he was being truthful.

He also said that moving to the Big Ten will improve the economy of the state"

--------------------

got that right Tom and the Big 10 is still going to suck because most all the best players want to play in warm weather climates. More mediocre teams for an even more mediocre conference
