CALEB PEVETO: The big dance

Postby PonyPride » Mon Jun 14, 2010 4:22 am

PonyFans remember Caleb Peveto as No. 50, an offensive guard who was a fixture on the offensive line during the middle of this decade. But what few know is that Peveto also dances ... well. Peveto was seen while dancing in a club and invited to compete for a spot on the Oxygen network's show, Dance Your [deleted] Off.

Peveto visited with PonyFans.com to share what it was like getting on the show, what was required of the finalists and how the whole experience affected him.

That's awesome! Good for you, Caleb. Hope you win the thing.
If you had predicted I'd miss Sunday's NBA Finals game but I'd watch a dancing reality TV show, you could have won a lot of bets ... but that's exactly the case. I didn't just skip last night's game — I forgot it was on, because NBA basketball is painful to watch.
But I'll find the channel Caleb's show is on. This is cool.

Very cool story. So many linemen retain their size after they're done playing. The fact that Caleb wants to shed those pounds shows he understands how much healthier he'll be.
Sounds like a really funny dude, too.

After playing the relatively anonymous position of offensive guard, Caleb has drawn more public attention from this show than he did during his playing career. He can be found in this week's version of People magazine, as well as Us Weekly (June 21) and Star magazine (June 14).
