Nevada at the request of UNLV? Fresno State at the request of San Diego State? Hawaii because they really miss that travel to such an exotic place? NM State at the request of UNM? Or do they go whole hog and invite 4 teams? SMU, UH, UTEP, and Nevada? And would UH and SMU accept (because if BYU goes, that conference ain't worth....)
