Quick question. The WSU game scheduled to start at 2:30. I am sure this is for TV and not tactical. If the weather in Dallas sticks to the usual pattern, it will still be very hot that time of year.
And if it is very hot, does that help us?

It helps but it really doesn't matter. We would have never lost that game last year except for all the INT.s for TDs. WSU is predicted to be about the same again. We just need to STOP loosing players.

Nacho will say it is an advantage to WSU because they will be wearing white.

Then why don't we wear white? Home team's choice?

Because I want Nacho to see that the better team will win regardless of uniform.
And I do not think you do get a choice. Doesn't Jones want us to wear white all the time but we cannot without some sort of permission, either from the opposition or CUSA. I know LSU does it but there is something that keeps us from doing it in CUSA.

Does it matter that it is OOC?

For one year, 1978, we wore white for every game. Then the NCAA changed rules to require home team wears dark. I am not sure f the evolution since then and I don't know CUSA rules.
And if we wore white all the time, it would destroy the usual fall time multiple threads of which looks better, the Red of Blue jerseys?

LSU wears purple at home for OOC, so I'm guessing in conference they have a waiver

Of course, if we have to worry about our jersey color to beat WSU we are in trouble.

You do realize that white reflects more than would a color, don't you? This is the same as placing the visiting team in the sun. These provide an advantage, not a guaranteed means of achieving victory.
