Actually, AA is cheaper out of DFW than SWA is that weekend to New Orleans. Or at least it was when I was checking earlier today. But thanks Southwest for triggering the fare wars.

The SMU Mustangs take on the Tulane Green Wave on Saturday, October 30, 2010, 2:30PM. Not only is this a big weekend for the Mustangs, but it's a huge weekend in New Orleans…Halloween, the Voodoo Festival and a home game for the New Orleans Saints all fall on the same weekend.

Former SMU Mustang Football greats, Thomas Morstead and Emmanuel Sanders, will face off as the Pittsburgh Steelers and their fans travel to New Orleans to take on the Saints.
