Hayden has not been back to SMU since he was sent packing after a 7-4 season. Not a lot of winning seasons but seemed like a lot of exciting football. Built a successful team at NUTS and then Iowa called. We should have never let this Odessa High and Baylor boy out of Texas. I hope there are more than 6,000 fans in attendance Saturday to salute the man.

I think Hayden Fry really wanted the Baylor job recently but I suppose they thought he was too old.
