Anybody have the list? I am looking to book a caterer for a couple of games and want to make sure they can actually make it onto the boulevard.
Thanks

the one time I employed an "approved caterer", it was a much smaller list than you might imagine. M group stuff mostly, as I recall. Prego, Micocina, Taco Diner etc

Just got off the phone with some SMU types.
First observation - everyone I have had to deal with at SMU this year regarding anything football has been great. Much nicer and easier to deal with than in years past.
Second observation - we are kidding ourselves about the catering list. The Place at Perry's? Really?! The list isn't finalized, but would really like to have seen Burger House or Peggy Sue's on there. Oh well. Buckets of fried chicken will have to keep the crowd happy.

no, to be an approved caterer you have to 'donate' a game's worth of food to the stadium club, and pay for some advertising. it was about $20,000 all said and done. BUT, you can call your order in on thursday or earlier and let us know what you want (menu available on our website in my sig) and come pick it up prior to the game. if you're driving in to the blvd anyway, what's it hurt to throw some ribs/sausage/chopped beef sliders/cole slaw/potato salad/etc. into your back seat?
plus it will be a heckofa lot cheaper than the place at perry's.

True, but the place at perry's is pretty awesome. But there's no way I'd have them cater on the blvd.

Hmmm....
1st and 10 is tempting. I am feeding 60, so it would be a fun order to call in.
I need 40 pounds of cottage fries...
