Kyle Padron fantasy analysis

Update:
SMU coach June Jones stated the team intends to throw the ball more in 2010 than it did in 2009, the Dallas Morning News reports.

Recommendation:
In the games that he actually started last year, Padron threw the ball an average of 30.83 times. In the team's bowl game against Nevada, Padron was allowed to toss it 41 times, resulting in a 460-yard, two-touchdown effort. If Jones allows Padron to throw it 40 times per game this year, the results would be sheer brilliance for Padron (and Aldrick Robinson) owners. If Padron averages nine yards per attempt at that rate (he averaged 9.6 per attempt last year), then that would project to 4,320 yards.
