Saw a "play" off of the Mustang Nation slogan. A bumper sticker on a pick-up in the Arlington Heights neighborhood. (For recent transplants, they're the Yellow Jackets.)

Really?

I guess the Army's slogan was a play off "E Pluribus Unum" off of coins, and the treasury itself ripped off ol' D'Artagnan and the other Musketeers with "All for One, One for All", which is itself seemingly ripped off of the motto of one of those euro countries, I think Switzerland or Sweden.

It just doesn't do anything for me. I loved Pony Up. My personalized license plates are Pony Up 1 and Pony Up 2, But both "No grit" and this new one leave me wanting more. I suppose it is because I lived through Mustang Mania and saw how a campaign can be done that keeps me looking for more. Regardless, I shall embrace it and move forward like a good little trooper. Sronger as one in my Army of One.

exactly. Kind of promotes SMU's exclusivity. I like Thad's idea. Why reinvent the wheel. Mustang Mania. Roll it out every fall.
