Sorry, if this has been discussed. Randall Holmes doesn't seem to be with them anymore.
They sound very shorthanded and are selling more tickets than before. Same 'ole inefficencies...ugh.

I just got off the phone with Terry and had my 3 tickets ordered in less than 2 minutes. I am in Section 106.

If you call his number - it doesn't even forward.

Anyway, they only have 3 people doing the job of 6. Crazy that we have such limited budget and resources.

How is the ticket office set up? From the directory, it looks like the sales staff is different from the ticket office? Does the ticket office not take orders? Does the sales staff do outbound sales and the ticket office only take inbound calls?

Bethany excels in customer service and very prompt in returning calls. She has always been very kind when I call in with a question or some other matter. The athletic department is lucky to have her.
