Good day for McCann:

The DMN said he had two interceptions in as many practices. He picked off a Steven McGee throw to Roy Willams in one on one drills. In the afternoon he picked off a Tony Romo throw to Willams with his second interception of the day when he tore away an out route to Williams and was able to get his feet in bounds before tumbling to the ground.

On Hansen last night, they were showing video of cowboys practice while talking. One of the plays was McCanns sideline interception.

This from ESPN today....

Free-agent rookie Bryan McCann out of SMU has not backed down from any of the Cowboys' top receivers. On an out route to Miles Austin, McCann poked the ball away with his right hand. You can tell that secondary coach Dave Campo's really excited about McCann.

I think I've said this before, but McCann was an Oklahoma commit before a knee injury in high school caused OU to renege. Glad to see him doing well.
