Orlando Sentinel had more info 24 hours earlier......

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports ... s-bid.html

No sense of reading an article that is a day late and just copies info from "various reports" you've already read and is still less informative

Here is the DMN article I didn't post. As stated, our local paper was not only late on the info but also just copied someone elses work -- "various reports".

Why post a link and give them credit / page views when you get better reporting about CUSA/SMU from Orlando?

Compare this to the Sentinel above...

http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent ... 1d361.html

Maybe I'm being unreasonable to expect better coverage from a paper that is in the same city as SMU and right down the road from CUSA headquarters?
