my prediction just went from 10-2.....to 7-5....too bad only games count...POTTS= greatest practice player ever.

I thought Potts was pretty good for them last year. I know the other guy was the fan favorite but I think Potts will be just fine.

Shows how my brain is in the past.... I thought this thread was going to be about Russ Potts.

Potts ripped OU a new one at the end of 2009 and he worked hard during the offseason to win the job so most fans on RaiderPower are okay with the decision.

one of the problems was the dropoff at WR for Tech last year. Remember he had Tech in position to upset Texas and everybody was lauding him as another great Tech QB. Then they lost at Houston and he became the scapegoat. He is a very good QB-maybe not a great QB. But last year was his first year to start-all in all I thought way too much criticism was directed at him when the team just wasn't as strong.

raiderpower seems split over the potts decision. they get pretty nasty over there. some posters seem to question others allegiance for even suggesting that sheffield may be better.

should see the former Leach disciples espousing "in Tubby we trust" all over the place. This three weeks after saying "it's gotta be sticks [Sheffield]".

I dont know...I'm hoping we have an ace card to play, much like we did w/ Nevada w/ rolling out five wide for the first time. Maybe put Jeremy Johnson at RB for a play, send KP in motion and slide Jeremy to wild mustang
