The football equivalent of a rags to riches story? J.T. Brooks began last season riding the bench with a bum knee. But by the end of the season, many considered Brooks to be the Mustangs' most dominant blocker after schooling Western Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year Dontay Moch (who ran a 4.08 -- and no, that's not a typo -- during Nevada's Junior Pro Day earlier this summer) in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl.

How did he do it? Watch...

Terrific job, guys.

How far did Moch cover in that 4.08? Chris Johnson of the Titans ran the fastest 40 in the history of the Combine when he ran a 4.2-something, and Moch is nowhere near as fast as Johnson.
