Posted: Mon Aug 30, 2010 12:10 pmThis article was in the Austin American Statesman (aka The Pravda) today. Nothing like positive exposure across the state to potentially aid in recruiting. Having attended the Westlake-Lake Travis game in Memorial Stadium last Saturday night, there are a lot of recruits in the Austin area that can really play ball. Most are just now realizing that we have a football team again.
As an aside, there were approximately 30,000 in attendance at the game. Pretty incredible for a high school football game.
