i'm beginning to think they are going to keep him. he played with the 1s at times, mostly as a nickle back. had a nice ko return of over 30 yrds. didn't blow any coverages.

es couldn't show anything with the steelers but he did have a nice catch with roth in. their backup qbs are a mess.

don't know how shaunbrey did.

In a generally crappy overall performance by the Cowboys, McCann had a really nice open field tackle. Not many opportunities, but in the chances he got, McCann was solid.

I saw Bryan a couple of hours ago ... he said that the players got their grades back from the coaches, and on his snaps, he graded out at 100 percent — no busted coverages, blown assignments, missed tackles, etc.

The tackle he made was not only well executed but he stopped the receiver short of a first down on 3rd and short. It was a solid play when you are looking for the little things needed to make a decision.

I think I saw ES make a nice tackle on a KO or punt return, think it was KOR.

have to think the cutting Pat Watkins helps McCann's cause
