some announcer last night...cant remember who...commented that Memphis looked really, really bad last week, as in disinterested in even playing

hmm....I don't know. they scored 49 on ECU, so they couldn't have been that disinterested, could they? the few snippets I saw of that game didn't make it seem that way. but, they're looking like they might be in for a really long season.

SMU's season ending schedule with Marshall at Ford aand ECU on the Road looking a tad more difficult than I figured prior to the season

yeah, I was just beginning to think that, too. every game is going to be tough until the very end.

Good news though. Those two games will be tough, but don't discount the fact that they have an off day on November 13th, right before those final regular season games.
The guys will welcome that week off to get their bodies healed up and also have an extra week to prepare for Marshall.

I want to see on of our DEs cause the havoc that Marshall kid named Vinny Curry 11 tackles, 2 sacks, 3 TFL, 1 Hurry, 2 Fumbles Forced against a BCS Top 25 team, Its time for Taylor Thompson to start dominating-big sign for the success of this team

Memphis looked awful last week, at this rate they may not win a game this year.

Marshall and ECU will be a tough finish; I think we have to beat Tulane, UTEP and Marshall (at Ford) to equal or improve on last year's record

We are due to beat Marshall; have had some really competitive games with them

ECU give up 49 points to Tulsa and 27 points to a lousy Memphis team. Seems like Ruffin McNeal has his defense in mid season form.
